This is the place you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions concerning Behnford's web shop. If you don't find the information you're looking for on this section or any other info page, please fill in our query form and our customer service department will do their best to help you as soon as possible. 1. How can I pay for my order?


You can pay for your order using your internet banking, regarding that the bank you wish to use is supported by Behnford's web shop. At the time the supported banks are: Osuuspankki, Aktia/Säästöpankki/Paikallis Osuuspankit, Nordea (Solo) and Sampo.

2. What shipping options do I have?


We use the Postin Keltainen Kuljetus 16 delivery service. The order will be delivered to your Post Office and a notification will be sent to your home.

You can collect from the store to save the delivery costs. The address is: WTC Plaza, Keskuskatu 7B, 00100 Helsinki. You will be notified by email as the order is ready for collection.

3. Can I follow the status of my order and/or delivery?


If you are a registered user, you can follow the status of your order in your details in the web shops section ‘my order'. Click the ‘look' button and the details of your order will come up.

4. What are the delivery and handling fees?


As you choose the delivery method, you will see all charges involved. The web shop calculates the charges by the weight of your order. The delivery costs will be determined by weight anywhere between €6,76 to €8,41 (inc.VAT 22%).
When collecting from the store, the packing cost is fixed at €0,50.

5. Why don't you have a certain product in the web shop even though you have it in the store?


The stock of the web shop is different from that of the store. Therefore you can find products in the store that are not in the web shop or are temporarily unavailable and vice versa.

6. Why does the payment leave my account, yet the order doesn't register in the webshop?


You must follow through the whole payment process; after paying the order, you must return to the webshop (palaa myyjän sivuille) to confirm and finalise the order. The order only registers to our webshop after you have returned from your banks site to ours, which is when your payment is confirmed to our system and the order is fine to move on.
